Chapter 180: Marshal: The dragon has scales that cannot be touched

Marshal, Please Calm Down (MARSHAL)

Scott wasn't aware of, nor did he need to know the collusion between Cui Yi, or rather the Cui family, and the Mola Empire.

Under his powerful spiritual power surveillance, he and Wu Zimo quickly approached the invaders who were lurking in Alman Manor with dangerous weapons.

Although Wu Zimo couldn't monitor the enemies with his spiritual power like Scott, he could faintly sense the spiritual power fluctuations coming from ahead as they got closer.

There were five Sentinels lurking ahead, and they weren't weak.

As they approached the enemy, Wu Zimo also fell silent.

He knew that Sentinels were extremely sensitive after their five senses awakened.

He didn't look in the direction where the enemy was hiding, but instead looked up at Scott beside him.

Scott's silver eyes brought a sense of calmness to Wu Zimo's heart in this tense situation.

Wu Zimo and Scott silently nodded and used their eyes to signal to the five Sentinels ahead.

No hand gestures were needed.

Scott could clearly understand the meaning in Wu Zimo's eyes. He thought for a moment and finally nodded.

Although there were five Sentinels with weapons and not weak, they were still nothing in Scott's eyes.

But because he was worried about Wu Zimo beside him, he decided to make it quick.

The five Sentinels lurking further away didn't know that their position had been exposed.

They were interstellar mercenaries, which means they did not belong to either the Federation or the Mola Empire.

In Wu Zimo's words, they were all black households.

The people inside were mixed and just believed that money was the boss and taking on tasks that couldn't be seen in the light, such as assassinations.

When they first learned that the target of this mission was Scott Alman's Guide, they were apprehensive.

Scott Alman's fighting power was strong and not just some rumors. But the Mola Empire offered a very generous reward, which was very tempting for them and mercenaries lived on the edge of a knife.

Money really could make the devil grind.

There's no first in literature, no second in martial arts.

This group of mercenaries, who were not under control and unruly, were both apprehensive and excited about challenging the strongest Sentinel in the galaxy.

And the ones who attacked Alman Manor today were all mercenaries.

It seemed like there was no involvement of the Mola Empire or the Federation's local forces, but seeing how they could easily evade the military surveillance around the planet and enter the planet, they knew that the mercenaries' abilities weren't that great.

After confirming the enemy's location, Scott found a safe place and settled Wu Zimo.

Wu Zimo quietly stayed in the place prepared for him by Scott, nodded at him before opening his mouth to silently mouthed: Be careful.

Scott's sharp gaze softened at the young man's concern. He leaned down and kissed Wu Zimo on the forehead.

He would make it quick.

Looking up in the direction where the enemy was lurking, Scott's aura shifted from gentle to sharp, like a blade unsheathed.

A cold light flashed in his silver eyes, and Scott dashed out, making Wu Zimo, who remained in place, open his mouth in surprise.

‘This is what an awakened Sentinel is like? Holy crap! This running speed, even the hundred-meter sprinter Bolt would have to step aside!’

Wu Zimo could only see a white shadow as Scott left. This was because Scott was wearing a white suit today, and he could be seen clearly against the green surroundings.

Otherwise, if he blinked his eyes, he would think he was seeing things.

The five Sentinels lurking nearby didn't receive an order from their leader for a long time and started to get bored.

Mercenaries are different from soldiers.

They are a very loose group, loyal to money and to the strong.

At first, they were able to stay quiet while lurking, but after a long time, they didn't think that the people of Alman Manor would discover them so quickly, and the five of them started to chat.

The topics were still normal at first, all about money and beauties. They had already planned where to go and have a good time after they finished this job.

As they chatted, the topic somehow turned to Wu Zimo.

They were Sentinels, so they certainly understood the matter of Sentinel and Guide pairings. It was only natural to be curious about a 100% match.

Scott Alman was a celebrity but they weren't curious about him but at Wu Zimo.

They didn't know where this Guide came from, but he actually had a 100% compatibility with Scott Alman, the strongest Sentinel in the galaxy.

"Hey guys, what do you think about that guy named Wu Zimo, where did he pop up from?"

"I don't know where he came from, but I know this little guy is definitely special." One of the Sentinels said with a knowing, lecherous smile.

"Hee hee hee, yeah, a Guide with a 100% compatibility with Scott Alman. I really want to taste that little guy. It must be very intoxicating."

The lewd topic quickly resonated.

Another Sentinel with a broad back and thick waist, immediately chimed in with his eyes full of lust.

"Yo, Benny, you actually like second-hand goods?"

"Cut it out, I don't believe you guys aren't interested. Scott Alman's second-hand goods, what's wrong with trying it out."

The big guy called Benny showed a disdainful expression when he heard one of his companions say this.

Benny's words made the other four burst into laughter.

But it was true because as Benny said, even if the Guide was second-hand goods, so what? This was the second-hand goods of Scott Alman, the strongest Sentinel in the galaxy and not something you could just get if you wanted to.

The lewd laughter grew louder, but the five who were talking dirty and thinking about Wu Zimo didn't know that their words were all falling into Scott's ears.

Scott wasn't going to let these five invaders of Alman Manor go at first, but now that he heard them talking dirty about the lover he held dear, and even lusting after Wu Zimo, he was furious.

Dragons have scales, touch them and you will die.

Offending Scott, this non-human Marshal, death was sometimes a relief.

Scott abandoned his plan to capture them and interrogate them.

His powerful spiritual power exploded, and Caesar in his spiritual world also sensed his Master's anger. He suddenly burst out of the spiritual world, spread his huge wings behind him and pounced on the enemy.

The five lurking Sentinels were still on guard even though they were telling dirty jokes, but when Caesar pounced in front of them, they only then discovered Caesar and Scott's presence.

"Not good!"

"Everyone be careful!"

"A black panther with wings?! It's Scott Alman!"

These mercenaries, who had been rolling in blood and death, were completely powerless against Scott and Caesar in a rage.

Especially the big guy called Benny, he didn't even have time to call out his quantum beast because he felt like he was being strangled by an invisible hand, and then slowly lifted up.

The other four companions and their quantum beasts resisted Caesar while also noticing Benny's strangeness.

They watched as Benny's face turned red, the blood vessels on his temples bulged, his already big eyes bulged even more, and his hands kept scratching his neck. The skin on his neck was already scratched bloody.

The other four Sentinels could see that Benny was in pain, but that wasn't the worst part. What made them shudder was that they couldn't see anything lifting Benny into the air. They watched as Benny's feet kept kicking wildly, and the four of them were even more afraid.

Fear got the better of them, and soon one of the Sentinels made a mistake which gave Caesar a chance.

He leaped over the Sentinel's quantum beast as his sharp canine teeth directly bit into the Sentinel's throat.

The quantum beast's attack seemed invisible, but it acted on the mind.

Especially this clear, beastly scene of biting and killing, had a very serious impact on the Sentinel's psyche.

It was like a psychological suggestion, and after Caesar left, the Sentinel, pale-faced, covered his uninjured neck.

But he looked like he had been bitten in the carotid artery by Caesar as his neck was constantly bleeding, and he was trying to stop his blood from flowing.

This strong psychological suggestion, even if the Sentinel didn't have a single wound on him, would still show signs of excessive blood loss. The remaining three could clearly feel that their companion's life force was slowly fading.

As for the fear of the other three Sentinels, Scott was like a cold and ruthless reaper, who is reaping lives.

His silver pupils, fixed on the enemy, slowly began to deepen that made the Sentinels who accidentally met Scott's gaze even more terrified.

Soon, another Sentinel made a mistake and was bitten to death by Caesar again.

The four of them could still resist Caesar's attack slightly, but now there were only two left, so how could they be Caesar's match.

When one of the Sentinels saw his companion being bitten to death by Caesar again, the fear of death finally overwhelmed him.

They were mercenaries, after all and they had been rolling in the dead, so it was nothing to see their companions killed by Caesar, but what terrified this Sentinel was that Benny, who had already died, was now hanging in the air with his limbs limp, like a target, straight and stiff.

The scene was chilling, no matter how you looked at it.

"Wait! Scott Alman, I..."

But before the Sentinel could surrender, Caesar, who had absorbed all of his master's anger, directly pounced on the Sentinel who was about to speak.

His sharp claws, gleaming with cold light, directly plunged into the Sentinel's chest then pulled down.

The Sentinel didn't expect Caesar to keep going.

He could clearly feel the feeling of the blade piercing his heart.

His heart suddenly stopped, and his remaining consciousness felt like he was being torn apart like a piece of cloth by the black panther.

After Scott fought the five Sentinels, it only took three minutes.

Scott, standing in front of the four corpses on the ground, didn't even have a speck of dust on his clothes, because it was Caesar who had done the fighting. With no more enemies, Caesar walked with an elegant gait and showing no sign of the ferocity he had just displayed in battle.

Scott reached out and scratched Caesar's chin. As for the corpse still hanging in the air, Scott didn't even look at it as he turned and left.

At this time, the corpse, no longer supported by spiritual power, finally fell to the ground.
