Chapter 62: Everyone in the World is My Spare Tire 17

The Green Tea is Always Targeting The Wrong Person (GREENTEA)

"I want to bring Yue Chu back. What are your thoughts?"

Mu You's crimson eyes swept maliciously over the people present, as if he could see through their flesh to the bloodline filled with possessive desires beneath.

These monsters were all restless, yet they feigned restraint while tightening their skins and did not dare to reveal their covetous faces.

Seeing their eyes flicker with interest, Mu You curled his lips in satisfaction.

He knew that their true inner thoughts were the same as his.

Jiang Quan pushed up his glasses with his cool eyes flashing with concern, and raised an objection.

"We shouldn't force Yue Chu. We should wait until he wants to come back—"

However, before Jiang Quan could finish, he was slammed against the wall by a black-and-red ironclad tentacle.

The tip of the tentacle, covered in hard scales, extended sharp ivory claws that gripped Jiang Quan's neck and pinning him firmly.

Mu You's face twisted into a snarl with his mouth splitting open to reveal a row of sharp fangs. He glared at Jiang Quan with a sinister sneer as his swollen eyes, almost bulging out of their sockets Nx filled with undisguised disdain.

"You have no say here, trash."

Jiang Quan coughed painfully with his face flushed from suffocation.

His originally slender, bony fingers uncontrollably transformed into gray-black, sharp claws and exerting a great force to try and pry off Mu You's tentacle, but it didn't budge an inch.

He was the only one not fully infected by the virus, so his strength naturally couldn't compare to the fully evolved Mu You and the others.

Lan Yao folded his hands while calmly watching the scene until Jiang Quan vomited a mouthful of blood, then he spoke indifferently, "Enough, don't kill him."

Seeing that Mu You still wanted to say something, Lan Yao played his trump card: "Yue Chu asked me to spare his life. You wouldn't want him to come back and find out you've already killed Jiang Quan."

Mu You paused before the black-and-red tentacle quickly retracted. He gently straightened his collar with a sweet smile spreading across his delicate, fair face.

"Yue Chu is right. He should live."

Jiang Quan's neck was bent at a terrifying angle.

If he were human, he would have been dead long ago. But after a moment of convulsions, he raised his head with the bones in his neck cracking as they returned to their original state.

He awkwardly removed his glasses before weakly wiping the blood from his mouth with the corner of his clothes, and said nothing more.

Seeing that no one else dared to speak against him, Mu You excitedly raised his arm: "Then I'll go and bring Yue Chu back."

Lan Yao's eyes flickered and about to speak, when Lan Yi, who had been silent all along, retracted his long legs and stood up to block Mu You's path.

Lan Yi gently stroked the neatly folded handkerchief in his pocket, the soft texture bringing a warm smile to his lips. His sparkling peach blossom eyes flowed like spring water and filled with tender affection.

"No need for you. I'll go."

Mu You's expression changed instantly as his smile vanished and his tentacles shifted into an attacking stance with a murderous aura directed at Lan Yi.

"What do you mean?"

Lan Yi slowly removed his black leather gloves as both of his hands transformed into sharp, blade-like tentacles. The deep black color that tinged with a faint silver glow, resembled a cold white crescent moon in the night sky, chilling to the bone.

"It means this has nothing to do with you. I'll take full responsibility for this matter."

Mu You sneered, "On what grounds?"

"On the grounds that I'm stronger than you."

Lan Yi raised his eyes with his cold and fierce aura like frost, ready to attack at the slightest movement from Mu You.

Behind Mu You, five tentacles split out with their sharp claws unhesitatingly aimed at Lan Yi, clearly showing that he hadn’t exerted his full strength when dealing with Jiang Quan earlier.

"Ridiculous, don’t be so arrogant."

Lan Yi’s expression remained unchanged with his smile as charming as ever, yet the razor-sharp tentacles revealed his extreme danger.

"Then I’ll use you to test my blade. I’m sure it’ll taste much better than those trash."

Just as the tension was about to erupt, Lan Yao spoke coldly, "It’s not your turn. There’s no need to fight anymore."

Mu You and Lan Yi simultaneously turned their heads with their icy gazes fixed on him.

Lan Yao felt that being with these fools was dragging down his intelligence.

They were like starving wolves, howling and fighting over the right to possess the lamb that had fallen into their mouths.

Lan Yao: "Don’t forget your identities. I’m the most suitable to act now."

His deep, ocean-like brown eyes swept over everyone while filled with immense confidence.

Lan Yao: "Yue Chu still doesn’t know our true identities. Keep your masks on so as not to scare him. We need to take it step by step and let him gradually accept us. That way, when the truth comes, it won’t hurt him."

Speaking the most affectionate words with the coldest demeanor was Lan Yao at this moment.

"Understand?"

Mu You sneered before retracting his tentacles and slightly relaxing his shoulders.

"Since Yue Chu likes the outside world, let’s turn these places into our nests. That way, he can go wherever he wants to relax in the future."

Lan Yi nodded slightly; this was indeed a good idea.

Only Jiang Quan struggled to stand up with his fingers trembling but resolutely opposing, "I don’t recommend you do this…"

But as soon as he started, the three of them looked at him dangerously, as if they were about to tear out his tongue and silence his foul mouth.

Jiang Quan, with his limited emotional intelligence, managed to say, "At least you should ask Yue Chu for his opinion, rather than presumptuously arranging things for him. Yue Chu’s personality wouldn't be like this."

The three of them pondered thoughtfully; it was indeed true.

Mu You smiled, his snow-white teeth showing beyond his red lips that made him appear particularly innocent and sunny.

He clapped his hands lightly, "Right, we should have a good talk with Yue Chu."

Finding another common topic was truly delightful.

…...

Yue Chu picked up a tissue to wipe the blood that had accidentally splattered on his fingers.

It had been too long since he last acted, and the artistry was slightly lacking.

However, why was Little Ball suddenly so quiet?

He turned his head but his leisurely gaze freezing when he saw Little Ball.

Little Ball was swaying as he stared at the instruments on the table, sometimes circling around the jade pillars of different sizes and sometimes flying over to examine the tight-fitting clothes closely, with his attitude even more serious than academic research.

Moreover, the light on his body flickered, and the delicate red gauze swayed leisurely that revealed his restless heart.

Yue Chu grabbed him and stuffed him directly into his pocket.

What are you staring at these things for every day? Out of sight, out of mind!

Yuan refused to go in as he stubbornly flew out against Yue Chu’s hand before hovering over the white jade pillar, and asked curiously, "What is this?"

Yue Chu glanced over as the smile on his lips almost froze as he said indifferently, "A rolling pin, used for hitting people, and also for making some food."

Is... that so?

Little Ball circled around suspiciously while feeling that this strange object wasn't as simple as it seemed.

"And this?"

Yue Chu glanced at the bottle cap, "That's a bottle cap. You can use it to seal unfinished water for later use."

Are you sure?

Little Ball examined it carefully with its red light flickering as it tried to lift the bottle cap to take a closer look, but Yue Chu firmly pressed it down with his finger.

Yue Chu was smiling, but the smile looked dangerously cold that finally reached Yuan's not-so-sensitive signal receiver.

Yuan weighed his options and ultimately didn't dare to defy Yue Chu. However, he kept a mental note of the appearance of the tools because he planned to study them in detail later.

Hmph, this liar, there's not a single truthful word in his mouth. He wouldn't believe him!

But...

Yuan looked at the blood-stained room as his red light flickered twice.

Could he take this as a sign that Yue Chu had let his guard down and revealed his true self?

Thinking this, Yuan suddenly felt as if he had tasted something sweet with his entire body floating as if lifted by countless feathers, soaring into the sky.

He liked the sweetness, he liked it so much.

Seeing that Yuan had finally calmed down, Yue Chu adjusted his sleeves in the mirror and ensured he was in good condition, then turned leisurely, and ready to leave.

However, his pant leg was suddenly tugged.

The force was not strong but trembling, making him stop and look down at the person kneeling at his feet.

The boy's face was streaked with tears, with even snot running down, his mouth opening and closing but unable to utter a word. He could only look up, as devout as if he had seen a deity.

Yuan was extremely disgusted as his red flame tentacles quickly gathered and ready to teach this clueless guy a lesson.

Yue Chu was his and no one could touch him... well, unless Yue Chu himself was willing.

Yuan felt a bit less confident as he mentally lowered his expectations.

Yue Chu raised his hand slightly to stop Yuan's attack.

He smiled, but the warmth was entirely absent as he directly pulled his pants from the boy's grip and stepped aside.

"I don't talk to dogs."

He looked down at the boy with the smile on his face chillingly cold.

This was his true nature; the so-called gentleness was just a facade to deceive.

Yuan stared at his face while trembling all over.

He liked it, he liked it so much!

Yue Chu's gentleness fascinated him, but the danger hidden beneath that gentleness drove him wild.

But the boy wasn't disappointed; he had experienced too much despair with all his dignity stripped away layer by layer in pain. He thought he would sink into darkness for the rest of his life, and not even have the chance to avenge his enemies.

But...

On this day, his light had come.

He did everything a boy would do, even if the only path waiting for him was death, he still stubbornly wanted to know the name of his savior.

The boy's hands trembled and with his teeth clenched as he pushed against the floor, his toes straining to the limit that caused the veins on his slender calves almost visible.

He stood up bit by bit before straightening his body under Yue Chu's calm gaze.

The boy's tears flowed like an unclosed faucet, yet miraculously, there wasn't a trace of fragility, instead, his strength was admirable.

He opened and closed his mouth several times with his throat trembling incessantly, and finally managed to squeeze out a sentence: "Th... thank you..."

Yue Chu waved his hand; he hadn't intended to save the boy, he had just done what he wanted to do.

Casually picking up the coat draped on the sofa and throwing it to the boy, he smiled charmingly: "Since you can live like a decent person, then come out with me."

The boy's eyes sparkled like stars, and he nodded vigorously.

He trusted Yue Chu so much that he followed him without a hint of hesitation.

Yuan stared at the boy with displeasure for a while, and feeling that this guy was an eyesore in every way by pretending to be obedient by Yue Chu's side, and dressed inappropriately.

He twisted out two tentacles to grab a pile of clothes from the cabinet, and threw them all at the boy.

'Wear more and don't expose a single piece of flesh! It's indecent!'

The boy was overwhelmed with gratitude because he never expected that his benefactor's pet would also be so kind. He must have used up all his luck in this lifetime to meet his benefactor.

Unaware that he had been classified as some kind of magical pet, Yuan looked at the boy, who now is wrapped up like a dumpling, with satisfaction.

The door opened, and the bodyguards immediately glared over, but when they met Yue Chu's deep black eyes, they turned into a daze, not only not stopping them but also stepping aside to make way.

The three of them walked out openly and boldly.

As for what would happen to these people when they discovered Hu Yixiu's body later, that was not Yue Chu's concern.

Finally, after sending the boy home, Yue Chu leaned down and stared into his eyes for a moment before placing his hand over the boy's face.

Perhaps, losing this memory would be a good thing for the boy. And the people around Hu Yixiu would also forget the boy's existence.

He was safe now and would continue to grow like all the beautiful youths.

Yuan lay in Yue Chu's hand and stared at him from all angles without missing a single detail, and felt his heart surge with emotion with every glance.

Yue Chu didn't notice his gaze, but seeing that he remained silent, he gently tapped the hard, cold surface of the sphere with his finger.

However, at that moment, his vision suddenly went black, and he fell backward like a kite with its string cut.

Yuan was startled and immediately transformed to catch him with his tentacles.

He coldly looked at the person standing there with his anger surging, which also affected Lan Yao.

Lan Yao indifferently twisted the ring on his finger and said in a deep voice, "You've had enough fun, it's time to go back."
