Online Dating Fiasco with the Campus Heartthrob (DATING)
Ji Su’s ears turned crimson.
He wanted to struggle, to escape, but the burning hands pinned him firmly to the couch and left him unable to move.
Overwhelmed, he rubbed the back of his head against the couch as his slender fingers tangled in the thick, dark hair.
The night by the sea wasn’t particularly hot, and the salty sea breeze blew gently.
But Ji Su was drenched in a fine layer of sweat with his fingers becoming wet and slippery until he was unable to grip the roots of his hair and slipped down weakly.
Gu Zhao watched his expression intently while pulling out one hand to interlace his fingers with Ji Su’s sweaty ones and kneading them repeatedly.
Ji Su bit his lower lip, but he couldn’t suppress the sweet sounds escaping from between his lips.
Until his long, pale swan-like neck arched high, forming a graceful and beautiful curve.
Like a dying swan that let out its final cry.
The thigh Gu Zhao held in his hand also trembled pitifully.
He narrowed his eyes slightly as his fingers were unable to resist exerting force and leaving distinct marks on the pale flesh of the thigh.
The fair, slightly red toes curled into a ball. Ji Su lay limp on the sofa like a fish out of water with his mind completely blank.
The slightly upturned corners of his eyes were wet and red, the flush spreading from his cheeks all the way down to his chest. Every inch of exposed skin seemed to have been scorched by heat and radiating a deep, ripe redness.
Gu Zhao pressed down on him again before kissing the corner of his lips and his tongue skillfully prying open the seam of his mouth.
"Mmm..." Ji Su was filled with a strange taste and unable to help but furrowed his brows and turned his face away.
Gu Zhao raised his hand to grip the sharp chin and forced him to turn his face back as he chuckled hoarsely, "Still dislike yourself?"
Ji Su pushed him away weakly, "Don't..."
Gu Zhao opened his mouth to bite the swollen lip before gently gnawing at the flesh, "Use and discard?"
Ji Su shook his head weakly, only to be kissed fiercely again.
After a while, Gu Zhao pulled back slightly with his eyes dark and intense, "Considering it's your birthday today, I'll let you off for now."
Ji Su, afraid he might change his mind, said with a trembling voice, "Gu Zhao, I want to take a shower..."
He had sweated so much, along with tears and other fluids, making the previous shower seem like a waste.
Gu Zhao stood up with one hand reaching around the sweaty knee and lifting him from the sofa.
Ji Su let out a low cry as he instinctively wrapped his arms tightly around Gu Zhao's neck.
Gu Zhao carried him into the bathroom before placing him on the sink to sit, and kissed him once, "Shall I help you shower?"
"No..." Ji Su shook his head, "I can do it myself."
Gu Zhao stared at him for a few seconds, then let go before reminding him, "Don't take too long."
When Ji Su supported himself on the sink to stand, his thighs were still trembling.
As someone completely inexperienced, what Gu Zhao had done to him far exceeded what he could handle...
When Ji Su stepped out of the bathroom again, the room was empty and only the faint sound of water running in another bathroom could be heard.
Ji Su was no longer the pure self he once was, and instantly realized what Gu Zhao was doing in the bathroom.
Blushing, he walked to the sofa and was about to lie down but then remembered the scenes that had just unfolded on this sofa, and couldn't bring himself to lie down.
Ji Su hesitated for a moment, but eventually got into bed before curling up in a corner and occupying only a small space.
He thought he wouldn't be able to sleep, but having drunk alcohol earlier and having experienced intense pleasure, sleepiness now relentlessly crept in.
When Gu Zhao returned, he found Ji Su already deep in sleep on the bed.
He stood by the bed for a while with his gaze falling on the exposed section of snow-white, delicate leg and noticing that the finger marks he had left not only hadn't faded but had turned even redder.
“So delicate.’, Gu Zhao thought while slowly grinding his teeth.
He wondered how much Ji Su would cry when he was completely devoured by him.
But by then, he wouldn't show any mercy.
Gu Zhao lay down on the other side of the bed while side-eyeing the quiet, beautiful sleeping face.
As he watched, a wicked fire ignited in his heart again.
Gu Zhao reached out until his slightly rough fingertips pressed against the red marks he had made.
In his sleep, Ji Su shivered sensitively and his brows slightly furrowing.
Gu Zhao closed his eyes as he withdrew his hand, and pulled the thin quilt over him.
……….
The next day, Ji Su woke up naturally.
He lay flat on the bed and kept staring blankly at the unfamiliar ceiling.
Turning his head to look out the window, he finally remembered where he was now.
"Awake?" A deep, magnetic voice sounded by his ear.
Ji Su immediately sat up and looked toward the source of the voice.
Gu Zhao was sitting on the sofa across from him and raising his eyes to meet his gaze.
Ji Su's eyes inadvertently fell on those thin lips, and certain R-rated scenes flashed through his mind, causing his face to flush bright red early in the morning.
Gu Zhao asked with a half-smile, "What are you thinking about so early in the morning?"
"Nothing..." Ji Su averted his gaze. "I'm going to wash up."
He got out of bed and headed toward the bathroom while trying hard to ignore the meaningful gaze behind him.
After freshening up, the two of them went out to the beach to sunbathe.
Gu Zhao took off his shirt and wearing only a pair of black swim trunks, revealing his toned and muscular physique, which frequently drew the attention of passersby.
Ji Su also wanted to take off his shirt, but the thought of his own body looking like a pale, scrawny chicken next to Gu Zhao, made him hesitate.
Gu Zhao glanced at him: "Don't take it off."
"Why?" Ji Su protested, "Everyone else has."
"Nothing, just worried you might get sunburned." Gu Zhao added nonchalantly, "Your skin is so tender it turns red at the slightest touch."
Ji Su's ears warmed, and he replied softly, "Got it..."
Gu Zhao lay down on the beach chair: "Help me with some sunscreen."
"Okay," Ji Su responded before kneeling beside him on one knee and spreading the sunscreen in his palm and applying it to Gu Zhao's back.
The moment his soft palm touched the skin, the broad and firm back muscles tensed up instantly.
Ji Su suddenly had a mischievous idea. His palm pressing against the bulging muscles, slowly and lightly moving downward.
It wasn't fair that he was always the one being teased.
The muscles beneath his hand indeed became increasingly rigid, and a low, husky voice followed: "That's enough."
Gu Zhao turned over to face him: "Do the front too."
The pectoral muscles and eight-pack abs were right in front of him while slightly rising and falling with each breath, causing Ji Su's ears to turn red subtly.
Gu Zhao urged, "Hurry up."
Ji Su squeezed out a bit more sunscreen, rubbed it in his palm, and his fingertips touched the firm and smooth abs.
Gu Zhao: "Keep going."
Ji Su, with red ears and a wandering gaze, began to apply the sunscreen half-heartedly.
But the abs, now slick with sunscreen, became slippery, and his fingers accidentally slid down to the V-line.
Gu Zhao grunted as he grabbed the slender wrist: "Where are you touching?"
Ji Su's pupils dilated as he witnessed a certain alarming change, and he stepped back in shock and sat down on the sand.
Gu Zhao took a couple of deep breaths before reaching out to pull him up.
But Ji Su got up by himself, lay down on the adjacent beach chair and put on sunglasses while trying to hide his flushed face.
Gu Zhao didn't tease him further and just quietly basked in the sun.
After a while, Ji Su heard a woman's voice: "Hello."
He opened his eyes and saw through the sunglasses that a stunning woman was standing in front of Gu Zhao and wearing a bikini, with a curvaceous figure and long legs, exuding confidence and sexiness.
The woman smiled and asked, "Mind if I join you for some sunbathing?"
Ji Su's heart tightened as his gaze shifted to Gu Zhao.
Due to the angle, he couldn't see the other's expression or eyes.
But soon, he heard Gu Zhao reply, "Not convenient."
The woman wasn't discouraged as she asked gracefully, "Then, could I add you on WeChat?"
Before Gu Zhao could answer, Ji Su couldn't help but speak up, "Sorry, he didn't bring his phone."
The woman turned her gaze to him and paused for a moment, as if understanding something: "I see, sorry to disturb."
Ji Su watched her leave, then turned to meet a pair of deep, unfathomable eyes: "What?"
Gu Zhao praised, "Not bad, you've learned to help me turn others down."
Ji Su felt inexplicably annoyed, blurted out, "If you didn't want to refuse, you could still call her back now."
Gu Zhao stared at him while chuckling, "Jealous?"
"No," Ji Su turned his face away, denying, "Why would I be jealous?"
"Right, why would you be jealous?" Gu Zhao sat up before turning Ji Su's chin back to face him, "After all, in my eyes, there's only you."
Ji Su's heart raced at the sudden confession, and the two locked eyes for a few seconds before Gu Zhao couldn't resist leaning in.
Ji Su snapped out of it as he swatted away the large hand and leaned back to avoid it. "In public, how could you..."
Gu Zhao chuckled again. "So you mean it's okay when it's just the two of us?"
Ji Su retorted, "That's not what I meant!"
But even if he said no, hadn't they kissed so many times already...
Gu Zhao turned around, picked up the T-shirt draped over the arm of the beach chair, and pulled it over his head, hiding his muscular physique.
Ji Su asked curiously, "Why are you putting on clothes again?"
"To prevent someone from getting jealous." Gu Zhao replied leisurely. "Gotta uphold my gentlemanly virtues."
Ji Su: "..."
…….
In the afternoon, the two wandered around and eventually reached a surfing area.
Gu Zhao stopped and watched the surfers in the sea, with some falling off their boards.
"Do you know how to surf?" Ji Su asked softly when he noticed his gaze.
Gu Zhao nodded. "Yeah."
"Then go ahead and have fun." Ji Su suggested proactively. "It's a shame not to make the most of it since we're at the beach."
"Do you want to join me?" Gu Zhao glanced at him sideways. "I can teach you how to surf."
"I'll pass." Ji Su smiled. "I haven't even learned how to swim yet. I'm afraid I'd drown if I tried surfing."
Surfing was indeed a dangerous sport, so Gu Zhao didn't push further. "Then I'll go play for a while. Wait for me on the shore."
He changed into a black wetsuit, picked up his surfboard, and headed into the sea.
Under the sunlight, wave after wave of white foam surged toward the shore, powerful and relentless.
Ji Su stood still with his eyes following the tall, dark figure.
Gu Zhao pushed his surfboard into deeper waters, lay down on it, and waited for a wave to come. As the wave approached, he stood up swiftly and rode it forward at high speed.
His surfing skills were impressive as he maneuvered the board with ease in the water that drew cheers from the onlookers.
Before long, others in the same area began to head back to shore.
At that moment, a towering wave began to rise and swell. Gu Zhao lay on his board, and as the green wave crested, he quickly stood up and sped down, with the seawater forming swirling white foam behind him. From a distance, it looked like the tail of a giant mermaid.
Ji Su's eyes widened, and he unconsciously held his breath, captivated by the rare sight.
Gu Zhao raised his hand to signal to him, but the next second, he was engulfed by the wave.
Ji Su's heart skipped a beat, and he took a couple of steps toward the sea. "Gu Zhao?"
One second, two seconds, three seconds—
The person swallowed by the wave still hadn't resurfaced. Ji Su began to panic as he raised his voice. "Gu Zhao, don't scare me!"
‘Gu Zhao was such a strong swimmer; nothing could happen to him.’
‘But that wave had been enormous. Could Gu Zhao have been knocked unconscious by it?’
The thought terrified Ji Su, and without hesitation, he ran into the sea.
In that moment, he forgot he couldn't swim as he was striding into deeper waters while calling out loudly, "Gu Zhao! Gu Zhao, where are you?"
The water grew deeper and almost reached his chest, but he still couldn't find the familiar figure.
At that moment, the anxious Ji Su finally remembered that he should call for help. Just as he was about to turn and run back to the shore, he suddenly felt a large hand grip his ankle, and then he was pulled into the seawater.
Before he could struggle, warm lips pressed against his.
Gu Zhao's hands clasped his slender waist and greedily drew in the air from his mouth.
A moment later, Gu Zhao held him as they surfaced together.
Ji Su gasped for breath as if he had just survived a disaster, as either tears or water droplets rolling down his cheeks.
Gu Zhao reached up to brush away the wet hair from his forehead and smiled, "Were you that worried about me?"
Ji Su looked at him as he clenched his fist, and pounded on the hard chest while scolding, "Are you crazy? Do you know you almost scared me to death?"
He scolded fiercely as his usually calm voice now carried an obvious sob, and his eyes turned red.
Gu Zhao was momentarily stunned and motionless as he let the person in his arms vent.
Ji Su's knuckles hurt from pounding, and he pushed him away, "Let me go."
Gu Zhao's large hand tightened around his slender waist, and he apologized in a low voice, "I'm sorry, it's my fault. I shouldn't have scared you like that."
"You... you're really too much!" Ji Su was so angry that he lowered his head and bit Gu Zhao's shoulder.
Gu Zhao winced in pain and his Adam's apple moving, "Ji Su, why are you so worried about me, so worried that you would risk your own safety to save me?"
Ji Su let go and replied defiantly, "I would save anyone who fell into the sea."
"Is that so?" Gu Zhao released his waist with his dark eyes staring at him unblinkingly, "So you really don't like me at all?"
Ji Su pursed his lips, unwilling to answer the question.
Gu Zhao spread his arms, "In that case, you don't need to care about my life or death."
After saying that, he leaned back and sank into the cold seawater again.
"Gu Zhao!" Ji Su's heart skipped a beat, and he instinctively reached out to grab him but couldn't even catch his fingertips.
Without thinking, he held his breath and followed him into the water.
The seawater was clear to the bottom.
Gu Zhao stretched out his arm and pulled him into his embrace before kissing him fiercely.
They kissed underwater with their tongues entwined as small bubbles escaping from their tightly pressed lips and bubbling up.
Gu Zhao brought him to the surface and continued to kiss him, fiercely and savagely, as if he wanted to devour him.
After the kiss, Ji Su's lungs were completely drained of air with his brain even a little oxygen-deprived, and he felt dizzy and unsteady.
Gu Zhao held his waist tightly, pressed against his ear, and said with certainty, "Ji Su, you like me too."
Ji Su couldn't say a word and only kept hanging onto the other person like a drowning man clutching the last piece of driftwood.
Gu Zhao lifted him horizontally and carried him step by step out of the deep water.
Ji Su gradually regained his senses in his arms as he murmured almost to himself, "Madman..."
Gu Zhao chuckled deeply with his chest vibrating slightly, "It's too late to realize I'm a madman now."
He walked ashore before lowering his eyes, "Do you want the love of a madman?"
Ji Su didn't answer and only raised a hand until his palm pressed against his own soaked chest, feeling the strong and intense heartbeat.
For a long time, he had felt empty inside, like a hollowed-out cotton doll, with the wind whistling through it.
But at this moment, he felt as if he was filled by the sound of the heartbeat beneath his hand.
It turns out that the void created by not being loved can also be filled with love again.
As long as there is enough love.
Ji Su slowly lowered his hand and buried his face in Gu Zhao's neck.
